8coin Community Relations Executive

We have half a million (and growing) users and we’re looking for people loving individuals to join our Community Relations team!

The 8coin Community (users of our 8coin platform) is the heart of our business and it’s of utmost importance that we keep them engaged and connected with us.

The role includes:

• Working with the Community team to support and communicate with our users through various online channels such as our website and emails
• Support the team in planning and managing user engagement initiatives online and offline (e.g. contest management and onground events)
• Managing our social media channels and engaging with our users to get them to be active on 8coin

Requirements:

• Excellent command of the English language
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus
• Love communication and exercise creativity in understanding how to attract and engage people
• Proactive in coming up with ideas and solutions that will improve the community's experience
• Social media savvy, including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
• Experience customer support is a plus
