SAYS SEISMIK Makan Social Media Intern

About the job:

We’re looking for a passionate and lively person to come join us for at least three months as a Makan intern.
You will:

• Curate and create drool-worthy, Makan-related memes, photo galleries, giveaways, and more that Malaysians would want to share.
• Predict and identify local food trends and create must-share content based on those trends, with your own twist!
• Help manage and grow Seismik Makan’s official accounts on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Ideate, explore, and carry out new and innovative content formats that we’ve never done before.
• Assist in the video production for Seismik Makan’s weekly how-to cooking videos.
• Attend and represent Seismik Makan at official events. (Sometimes, you get to eat free food too!)

Requirements:

• Above everything else, you must LOVE food (pssst… we love non-picky eaters!). Must be fluent in Malay, English, and Memes.
• Must be passionate in consuming, curating, and creating drool-worthy #foodporn content.
• Obsessed with the Internet and speaks Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Quick thinker, self-driven, and has a great attention to detail.
• Skilled in Photoshopping (not pro pun takpa, skilled je!)
• You’re obsessed with keeping things super, super organised ← such skill, much important.
• You take loads of initiative and are able to work independently.
• Did we mention, you need to LOVE food?!
